Product Introduction
FTmicro10 is a research Fourier transforminfrared microscope independently devel-oped and innovatively designed by INSA Optics, which integrates clear visible sam-ple viewing and high-performance infraredspectral analysis to measure microareasamples with the highest infrared spatialresolution.
Features
- High spatial resolution: visible is better than 1 micron; IR light can reach 5 microns
- High SNR:better than 7000:1 ( peak/peak, MCT detector )
- Coaxial optical path: 'What you see is what you get' optical system, completelyeliminating optical errors
- Visible light path: 2 LED light sources and 12 million pixel camera to obtainclear multimedia images, visible/infrared polarizers are optional, etc.
- Objective lens: completely self-designed 20x infrared objective lens and focusing lens, optional 20x ATR lens
- Infrared ATR lens: A complete ATR lens composed of a 20x objective lens and an ATR crystal system, in which the ATR crystal diameter is less than 100 microns
- Multi-detector channel design: standard liquid nitrogen cooling MCT detector. automatic switching controlled by software, DTGS detector, TE-cooled InGaAs detector, etc. can be optional
- Aperture: Built-in knife edge aperture, you can adjust the size and direction of theaperture
- Control panel: The front of the infrared microscope is designed with a control panelto control the transmission and reflection modes of IR/visible respectively, so as to achieve simultaneous observation/measurement
- Multimedia display system: video adapter, color camera, measuring ruler, image capture card and data acquisition software
- Microscopic Stage: Repeatability accuracy of 1 micron, compatible with variabletemperature stage, electrochemical accessories, and suitable for users to buildmicroscopic emission paths
- Microscope structure: DxWxH: 56cm X30cm X 72cm ( including LED light sourceand CCD camera ), which can be extended through the microscope, such as external TGA, etc.
