MOBILE10-G Portable Fourier Infrared Gas Analyzer

Product Introduction

MOBILE10-G is the first portable Fourier transform infrared gas analyzer launched by Fluorescence Optics. It integrates anti-vibration interferometer, moisture-proof ZnSe beam splitter, electrically cooled high-sensitivity MCT and other optical components and a patented (utility model patent number ZL201821006587.7) 9.8-meter-long optical path gas cell, which can rapidly analyze multiple gas components on-site with a sensitivity of ppb level. MOBILE10-G can be used to monitor the emissions from waste incineration, coal-fired power plants, combustion gases, chemical gas leaks, flue gas analysis and other inorganic gases that are toxic and harmful to the environment. It can also be used to measure various volatile organic gases such as VOCs or the purity of gases. 

The MOBILE10-G host is compactly designed with strong shock resistance, fully considering the actual needs of the field. It is equipped with a shock-resistant interferometer and a permanently collimated optical path. Users can carry it by hand or on their shoulder, and it can be conveniently transported for on-site testing by a single person. In terms of moisture resistance, the host is standardly equipped with ZnSe moisture-proof beam splitters and ZnSe window plates, allowing users to work outdoors for a long time without worry. It is equipped with the latest electrically cooled MCT detector, which directly outputs digital signals, improving the detection sensitivity of trace gases and avoiding the trouble of using liquid nitrogen MCT in the field. The MOBILE10-G host is built-in with a rechargeable battery, which can provide continuous power for more than 4 hours at room temperature. In an emergency, it can be quickly charged with a 12-24V car battery. In addition, the host is additionally equipped with a vacuum pump, filter and other sampling devices, making it convenient for users to collect target gases on-site.

• The infrared light source is a ceramic light source with a temperature of 1550K.
  
• Multiple infrared reference spectral libraries can be used, such as: a qualitative analysis gas spectral library with over 3,000 spectra.
  
• The multiple-reflection long optical path gas cell can analyze gas molecules as low as the ppb level; it can search and identify unknown gas components and is suitable for analyzing various gases in on-site environments. The fully gold-plated mirrors are coated with a special anti-corrosion layer, making it applicable to various harsh gas environments.
  
• The concentration values of more than 50 components can be displayed simultaneously for a fixed volume of gas at most.
  
• The infrared host is connected to the laptop via an 'Ethernet' network card without any restrictions. The computer can remotely control, sample and process data, share real-time data, and effectively reduce the risk of data analysts being harmed by dangerous goods.
  
• It is equipped with a built-in battery and can provide continuous power supply for more than 4 hours at room temperature.
